Thailand Shipping
Orders delivering within Thailand will be sent via Kerry Shipping, and will be shipped within 7 days of payment date.

International Shipping
All orders are shipped from Bangkok, Thailand. Shipping cost are dependent on weight and destination. Any import duties or taxes are responsibility of the customers.
All international orders ship via DHL. Please allow up to 7 days to be processed and delivered. Please note all shipping name and address must be written in English.

Returns
Please note that at this time we are only able to accept returns from Thailand.
We do not guarantee exchanges as the items you wish to exchange for might not be available at the time the return item arrives back at our warehouse.

Damaged and Wrong Item received
You might find some unexpected small marks on the block print fabrics. These tiny droplets occurred from the printing process especially when printing by hand, signifying the unique nature of the handmade products.
