What started as a quest to stock the brand’s founders’ hotel boutiques with beautiful and easy-wearing garments for hotel guests, grew into a coveted line of resort inspired clothing, including machine and block-printed matching sets as well as one-of-a-kind shirts made from vintage designer fabrics. Founded by three cousins who pay tribute to their maternal grandmother through the name Malinee, a Sanskrit name meaning ‘woman adorned with flowers’, every Malinee creation aims to keep you comfortable and cool. Thoughtfully tailored touches make for elevated yet effortless looks that suit in the city as much as the beach. Made proudly by artisans in Thailand, Malinee’s sustainable luxury creations are reimagined into wearable art showcasing repurposed elements from designer fabrics including Christian Dior, Celine and Balmain.
